Designed to support and Mentor the needs of entry year teachers in a non-evaluative approach and to build a support system for new and existing Mentors Strengths Training/Coaching Training in which participants identify their five most dominant themes of talent and suggests that those people who understand their strengths and behaviors can best meet and exceed the demands of their daily lives |
